Rafter Repair & Roof Replacement.

This Gladstone ranch came in as a straight roof replacement. Once the old shingles came off, we found cracked and broken rafters the tearoff had been hiding — so the job became a structural repair first and a roof second.

Our crew sistered and replaced the damaged framing, then dried the roof in with underlayment and finished it in a dark gray architectural shingle. The photos below follow the job from cracked rafters to the finished roof.
